Good location. It has a back yard.

It is HOT. So hot, in fact, it’s difficult to sleep. The host has the thermostat set to 76 degrees, which means, only when it’s 77 degrees inside does the air conditioner even begin to cool the house. It’s COLD. And of course, there is a single very thin ‘throw’ blanket for each guest, which isn’t even big enough to cover my whole body. I’m only 5’2. On the cold days, it’s freezing. Again, the thermostat is of course set to an unreasonably low temperature and so even when the heat does turn on, it doesn’t adequately heat the house before cutting off again. The thermostat is inside a lock box that the guests have zero control over. I complained about it being hot and there was an unwillingness to address the issue to make me comfortable.

Convenient location. Easy to get around the city.
