Staff's professionalism even with language barrier. Cleanliness. This BnB is run by only 1 person which manages front desk, clean up, rental, shuttle service; impressive (probably low season).

The fact that we cannot take a bath any time we'd like. I don't mind taking a bath in public onsen; but at times I don't have time and tired I just want to take a bath at the hotel.
