DEI used the hotel for a short overnight stay to catch an early flight at Schiphol. Unfortunately, the airport can only be reached by taxi. The prices vary greatly. From AP to hotel I was charged 60 Euros but only 28 for the reverse.... I had hoped to find a restaurant or a bar close by. But after 10PM on a Saturday! everything is closed

LTThe hotel is beautiful, in a great quiet location, surrounded by several great restaurants and shops. The breakfast is delicious, with lots of choice (though mostly cold).
The biggest challenge was the accessibility of the hotel. We chose to take the bus for about ten minutes and then walk 1.2 km, where in places there was no decent pedestrian path. In the morning, an Uber trip to the airport cost 30 EUR. I would say it is quite expensive logistically, although it is quite close to the airport in terms of distance.
