I loved it all right by the water great fishing

First, I was verbally provided the wrong address. After I contacted the host, I was told I was two (2) hours away from the property. Upon arrival I had to turn on my flashers on my vehicle to find the turn-off from the main street. It was in between two houses next to a tree. There was no clear address on the homes for you to see. It was a dark street with nothing to identify except the Gun store across the street. After I passed tightly between the two (2) houses there were abandon homes to my left and to my right with no identification. Upon arrival the doors on the other parts of the property were open and no real security. The sliding door was left open for me to access the property, and the facility looked as if someone came in and hung the towels up and just left them. Didn't know if they were clean or not. I brought my own just in case.

There was bugs throughout property. Thought it was in Pensacola beach. It was like a pond. You had to walk through a bunch of junk everywhere to get to studio. This was a horrible experience. Stayed 1 hour and left.

I appreciated the effort to make the driveway accessible, as easy to understand as possible. Matt had a really nice exchange with me over the app. Also, the decor of the studio was nautical and welcoming. I was able to use the microwave as planned, and the surrounding area was quiet at night. I also found the view on the water relaxing.

The overall neighborhood was a bit less central than I expected. Also, unfortunately, the comforter and towels were getting worn down with use. I suggest replacing those items. The price was very high to overlook those amenities.
