Ce ryokan était très traditionnel et protocolaire comme nous l'espérions. Chambre immense, literie traditionnelle. Le personnel était très attentionné et discret. Le repas traditionnel était... traditionnel mais excellent !

"Excellent staff, food and location"

The staff were exceptional at Osakaya Ryokan. We felt extremely well looked-after from the beginning, and it was a bonus to be assisted by the same staff member throughout our stay - very personal touch. For example, she made sure my pregnant wife was served food that was agreeing with her, even though this meant last-minute changes to our dinners etc. The food itself was exceptional, beautifully presented and delicious. The location is fabulous and the ryokan onsens, at least during our trip, were not busy at all. Very peaceful experience.
