Me and my friends stayed at this lovely ryokan for one night. We enjoyed our spacious room and the private and public Onsen hot springs of the hotel. The hotel is located in a nice central spot which is great for exploring Kusatsu Onsen. The food and services were good.

There's a private onsen that you can rent 800 yen for 45 minutes with advance reservation. This is a good choice for onsen beginner. It's close to Yubatake with short walking distance so we can go out walking at night time. English speaking staffs are available.

The tatami room and futons were very comfortable and a great experience to stay in. There was an air conditioner in the room that could be controlled in the room. The en suit bathroom had everything I required and the outdoor onsen was very relaxing. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Their dinner and breakfast were delicious. Merina who works there found my pouch and she brought to my room. She works hard and has nice smile to us. Much appreciated to her! Thank you.

Their Onsen was dirty and didn't change ladies/men's onsen area in the morning. so I went to same onen area in the morning. and they didn't use hinoki inside onsen. Their walls were tiles.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Easy and convenient access to onsens downstairs was much appreciated.

Free wifi access should be made available throughout the ryokan. Wifi access in the lobby is patchy and unreliable. The male onsen is also much smaller than the female onsen, which seems rather discriminatory.

The people were really friendly and answered any questions we had. The food was a great experience and the onsen was decent.

The full kaiseki ryouri meal was exactly the luxurious and expansive meal I was hoping for. The baths were soothing and the yukata provided were comfortable.
