Basic aminities,like shampoo, moisturizer,bathroom slipper, hair oil not provided. Drinking water is stinky. No room service communication.. Location doesn't have mobile network. The drain is blocked.

Internet Issues: Despite being provided with Wi-Fi, the internet was not functional during my stay. This caused significant inconvenience, as I was unable to connect with friends and family during an important time. Request Denied: I spoke to the manager about shifting to another hotel due to the internet issue and requested a refund for one day. Unfortunately, my request was denied. This experience left me disappointed, especially during the festive season when connectivity is crucial. I hope you address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests. Room slippers wasn't there I am expecting that they would provide dental kit but I didn't get it small thing but it can add more convenient and comfort
