INSome staff persons were decent and honest . Hotel room was clean and hygenic.
Bathroom Taps knobs were broken even not informed by staff.Lift was not working at all Room heater blower not working, Despite advance booking payment was made earlier but still hotel manager asked for full payment at check in time,which feels should be done at checkout time,it seems disrespectful and cheap when someone asked full payment before providing service at check in time. We checked in at 10 pm hotel staff called thrice when we were on the way but when we reached there was no one on main road to guide us as hotel site is at steep down road side. Even no welcome tea or coffee was provided not even BED TEA. Fresh water was not asked even once during stay. These petty gestures can make your stay feel at home and personal touch for customer. A cup of tea doesn't make a difference in business but it payback a lot.
INI recently visited mussoorie on a short vacation trip, stayed in the hotel for a total of few days. This is a really good hotel to stay at and for a reasonable price. best room & service .. perfectstage mokshada is best choice and stay..
