Amazing location in the heart of Port barton. Fantastic owners and staff who went out if their way to help us with endless questions

Quite hard to find, could do with a sign on the road. Barton bistro next door was pretty loud in the night time, however we were made aware of that at the beginning, so not a biggy.

Port Barton tappa obbligatoria. Tutto perfetto. Posizione perfetta. Esattamente al centro della spiaggia. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo chiesto varie gite e trasporti e ci hanno aiutato e organizzato tutto a prezzi giusti. Il bungalow é molto carino e presenta anche un’area esterna dove poter stare magari la mattina o la sera post serata. Il posto comunque fornisce dal pomeriggio fino alla sera sdraio e tavolini sulla spiaggia per chi vuole fermarsi per un aperitivo e cenare. I ragazzi sono bravissimi ed simpaticissimi. La mattina ci portavano anche la colazione all’esterno del bungalow in modo da farcela fare nel nostro spazio esterno. Noi abbiamo approfittato e abbiamo prenotato un tour privato in barca con loro ed è stato il ricordo più bello dell’isola. Lo consiglio a tutti.

We loved the location of our property! The staff was very nice, and the nightlife was so much fun! We enjoyed our breakfast and all the cute animals.

The water pressure wasn’t great and it kept turning off and on. You NEED to wear ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones due to the dogs barking at 2/3 In the morning

This isn’t an hotel as much as a shack with wire windows it has little water and certainly no hot water. The shower is so so poor. The shack receptionist insists on a signature on a form saying that amongst other things toilet paper must be put in a small bin underneath the sink…. Then they tell you that the shack gets a clean every three days…. The stench from the bin even after a few hour at nearly 30 degrees centigrade is overwhelming. There really isn’t any redeeming qualities here. The noise from thumping music is horrendous from 4pm up to 12:30 am and the noise starts again at 5:30 am. Bike fumes from over revving their motorbike engines, people shouting, rooster calls and dogs barking and god knows what else are excessive, intrusive and invasive I’m not sure that the people who reviewed this dump (and believe me it’s the worse place we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot) have actually stayed here. Granted it’s right on the beach but that’s really not enough to save it 3900 php is absolute daylight robbery I note the phrase “high quality fixtures and fittings”in one review This unit has a shower that doesn’t produce hot water a sink with no water at all a toilet cistern that takes an hour to fill up, two ancient 1980’s ceiling fans and four bare light bulbs …. Hardly high quality. The response from the owner will say what do you expect we are on the beach and my reply would be “ be honest in your adverts. It’s basic beyond believe and uncomfortable beyond normality the garden aren’t lush the floor is uneven it’s not a resort and you can’t flush paper down the toilet So if you want a fume filled smelly uncomfortable shack that’s probably 4or 5 times overpriced We came for back to nature peace and quiet and got hell
