Clean and fairly large room. Available safe and fridge.

The property advertised free WiFi which I was expecting to use to communicate with my business, but it was never available for our entire 10 day stay. We actually were supposed to stay much longer but chose to leave early due to the lack of WiFi after a week and a half. Management did little to fix the situation. We had to leave the hotel every day to find wifi to plan our outings and communicate. Wasted a lot of our vacation. In addition, there was no cleaning service so we had to take our towels and bedsheets down to the ground floor and collect what we needed at the entrance. Bedding and toilet paper was in a janitor's closet that didn't seem to be meant for guests to access, but we had no other choice but go in to get them.

It is the worst hotel in kyoto. It is so bad that I changed the hotel in the middle of the vacation. I recommend to stay away from this hotel!

Room was very clean, tooth brush, towels etc. are offered downstairs. Coin laundry is available, dryer as well.

Very complicated check in, almost like an escape room.. took us 45min to enter the hotel, no staff around if you need help or have any questions.. Window is to nowhere (wall of the next building is seen from the window). Nowhere to leave your luggage after check out (and only from 12pm prior to check in).

Great place - the room was bigger than I expected, tatami ceiling) Clean and as I saw quite new place.

No possible to check in even 10 min earlier) A couple from Australia and we were waiting in a small corridor - though it was fun)

Location is good

1) room is very small 2) doesn’t have any wardrobe or drawers 3) the first day wifi didn’t work 4) there wasn’t hot water half of our stay 5) staff is not helpful at all, they expect to solve your problems on your own 6) there is no place to leave the luggages

Clean room

Noisy at night, no wifi, slow response from owners who didn't fix the wifi even though we were there for 5 days, not a great neighborhood - very few amenities nearby, no shower curtain so bathroom floor was always wet.

Si Fi not working and never anyone in the office.
