Samba Ahangama

I booked a bed in the dorm as I wanted a place only to keep my bags and sleep for the night. I got a clean room for a very decent price. Convenient location in Ahanagama except for the beach.

Loved this place! Super friendly staff, stunning clean rooms and so lovely! Close to the secret beach, about 15 minutes walk to the busier area in Ahangama

The staff was amazing specially the main person Akila. He was extremely nice and friendly and spoke very well. The rooms were good too and very clean with all animities provided. Food was tasty.

Nice location, close to the secret beach and various restaurants located right at the water (and a few minutes to the centre by Tuk Tuk) Helpful and friendly staff Good breakfast options Overall we enjoyed our stay here

Room was not properly cleaned (we did not ask them to do anything about it, they probably would have fixed it) Noisy due to the proximity to the main road Rather on the expensive side for what you get

Their private rooms were super clean and tidy. The washrooms were clean and had hot water facilities. Good water pressure. Their stay-in and restaurant are in the same place. It has a warm ambience and cozy chairs in their restaurant. Their breakfast was phenomenal and delicious. It's located 1km away from the ahangama town and right in front of the ahangama beach and the secret beach. The hosts were friendly and had great service. They didn't discriminate because we were locals which most other restaurants and hotel hosts do.

The only con is their rooms are quite small for the price. Only around 100sqft. Not very spacious for two people but it's not too compact.
