Samba Ahangama

This is the kind of hostel you want to stay longer. The rooms and beds are very comfortable, the food is good (great hangout), and the owner is a great host! Also 2 minute walk from the most beautiful Secret Beach.

Samba’s hotel staff was amazing. They helped me with everything and they were super nice and welcoming. The food is great. The rooms are very nice - value for money is very good.

Nice place, very clean and cool style. Breakfast was amazing!

A bit noisy and close to the road. A bit expensive for a private rooms. A bit far out of Ahangama.

I stayed in both dorm rooms while there. One had lockers in the room to keep your bags safe and out of the way as well as a bathroom. The other room has a bathroom outside of the room that was often dirty and no lockable storage for bags. There are no real areas for guests to socialise other than the restaurant which closes after a certain time anyway. It's not a social hostel and a bit further away from the centre of town. Fine for couples or friends to stay, but wouldn't recommend for solo travellers.
