Charming Views

Place had a great location

The place could definitely use some updates but it did the job and had great views.

Excellent location convenient for the centre of town with wonderful views overlooking the bay. Accommodation had all the amenities we required.

Front door was a little bit difficult to open.

Our stay was perfect. The view from the living room was spectacular. The property was fully equipped and felt like home. It was appreciated that we could relax in the yard after a tough hike.

It was very hot on arrival.

Location is beautiful.

No racks to keep luggage in the bedrooms. Nobody coming for a couple of days are going to unpack and keep the clothes in the wardrobe. No tea coffee sugar sachets. No body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. The bed sizes were not adequate for a six footer

We enjoyed the quiet location and lovely view. The townhouse is very tastefully furnished, roomy and clean. Both downstairs bedrooms are en-suite and there’s a 3/4 bath upstairs—very convenient!

Downstairs bedrooms are unheated (it was freezing during our stay). Water pressure is very dodgy (if the downstairs shower was running, there was NO hot water in the kitchen and only a trickle of cold). The toilet resevoirs would not seal and the water ran unceasingly (and noisily) until we turned the inflow line completely off. Disappointing for such a lively and expensive property.

Rather bare bones in terms of what's provided in the apartment. No soap in bathrooms or showers. No paper towel in kitchen
