We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The location was perfect – just a short stroll to the heart of San Gimignano, making it so easy to explore. The view from both the hotel foyer and our room was truly breathtaking – without a doubt one of the best views in San Gimignano. The hotel itself was quaint, charming, and full of character, which added to the overall experience. It also had all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine, which made our stay even more convenient. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Posizione ottima,a due passi dalla piazza centrale,ma silenzioso come appartamento.Molto pulito e dotato di tutte le comodità.Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile.Accanto all’appartamento c’è un terrazzino con locale molto carino e suggestivo.

Un condizionatore meno rumoroso e lo scarico della lavatrice che non faccia odore di uova marce.Purtroppo è stato un problema stare in casa con quell’odore.

Everything. The location was great and the view was phenomenal. We loved every minute of our time here. It was a great base to explore Tuscany including Florence. The apartment was well equipped and lots of instructions on how to use everything. Highly recommend this apartment.

The stairs to the apartment. After a long day out and you have to walk from the parking area the last thing you feel like doing is walking up several flights of stairs. We also didn't know about the option of using the private car garage. In peak season I would definitely do this. We had no problems finding a parking spot in P1.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was fantastic — especially the breathtaking views from the windows. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bedroom had a very comfortable bed. The location was perfect for exploring Tuscany, and the hosts were very welcoming and hospitable. We would definitely stay here again!
