Villa Sunshine

Vrhunska prostorija sa djakuzijem i saunom. Idealno mesto da se odmorite i uživate sa prijateljima. Nikakvih problema nismo imali čak ni za glasnu muziku. Prostrano , komotno i udobno. Kuća ima sve sto je potrebno za svaku vrstu odmora i zabave.Domacin ljubazan i za svaku vrstu dogovora. Lepo smo se proveli , i ponovo ćemo ići. Verujem da je leti još lepše, bili smo u zimskom periodu.

Easy access, lots of parking, really close to the city and the house is amazing, host was great too!

I can say that this is a unique place within Novi Sad, because it is almost impossible to find a house with indoor pool and sauna, and here it is. There is also quite a bit of room to accommodate guests, there is a roštilj, convenient location and beautiful views. In addition, there is a recently added Jacuzzi with another sauna inside the house, which is also a huge advantage and adds to the possible entertainment during the stay.

There are only two disadvantages: 1) The roštilj has almost no working exhaust hood, so all the smoke comes out not into the chimney, but on everyone around him, this causes discomfort. 2) The sauna near the pool heats up unstably, so swimming in the pool can be difficult, as there will be no opportunity to warm up after the pool.

OK. House needs a lot of work, and I guess, that takes a lot of money. When we first arrived, I was thinking of saying: No-go, we are leaving, goodbye, but somehow decided, to give it a chance. Walking up the stairs, cracked, looking at the pool, a bit stained walls, broken floor, non working spa bath and old sauna (probably not working). Terrace, patio blinds falling apart, broken furniture, entering the house, small kitchen, quite dusty... But also, Bedrooms were clean, fresh bedding, bathrooms were decent... And then, we tried the pool. The water was warm, even my mom went in, and believe me, she wants it warm. The in house wellness was excellent, looked new, enough warm water from the boiler. The house is surrounded with walls, pretty safe, so our daughter of 15yrs was safely inside, while we were hiking around. It's close enough to Novi Sad, 40 min.walk and taxi service is great. All in all, we had a great time, trying great cuisine and local refreshing beverages ;) So, if I were going there again, I would, specially cause our daughter enjoyed it a lot, and after all, that's what matters the most. Oh yeah, did I mention, the pool is 10 meters long and the max. depth is even 185 cm :) Man, this was fun :)

I suggest to get a good cleaning crew and clean the place after every group visiting. Raise the price for 50 € if you have to. Sell some of the old furniture outside, that is really not needed, sell some of the old artifacts. Reduce some of unneeded equipment. I know the place takes a lot to maintain, but sometimes less is more. Oh yeah, the top floor stairs are really narrow, not for the +size people...
