Good location and idea of ​​the house. Very good photos on Booking. Lots of sleeping places. When we checked in, host explained everything well to us, showed us the house, and the owner answered calls when we had questions. We had difficulty turning on the electric stove, he helped us.

In reality the house is in poor condition, in the photo it looks like everything is new and neat. The house was dirty, smoky, there were cigarette butts on the floor in the bedroom, some of the sheets were stained, the floors and carpets were dirty. The doors close poorly; in the toilet on the first floor it is even impossible to slam it. The sauna is very small and designed only for two people. The stove barely warmed up but the owner said that in a couple of days he would install a new one. In swimming pool smells like cat urine, it's impossible to be there. In general, the house is designed for parties; I do not recommend come here with a family or a non-drinking group. The house is not properly maintained, although its location and original design are good. Also I recommend communicate with the owner of the house only through messages in Booking, because over the phone call he promises one thing, but through messages he promises something completely different.

We selected this house because of sauna but it turned out the heater was very old and could be used for max 15 minutes so that's basically useless. Everything was quite worn out and fusty. Steep and narrow staircases. The heating in some rooms was too much, in some not enough. Duvets were not provided despite requested. Definitely not recommended for colder months.
