Great location . Clean room with all the facilities with amazing breakfast . You can stay as like your own home . Hosts were friendly, welcoming & Gentle . Our room had a nice & charming view of Amir Temur . Also they have roof top where u can sit , take tea & admire the beauty of Amir Temur They helped us find out car as reasonable price for Tashkent & dropped us twice at the terminal area for free of charges .

Great family and the owner! Perfect location, 3 minutes just behind the Amir Temur Mausoleum (Gur-i Amir Сomplex) and the view from the terrasse. Very good breakfast.

Good location, excellent ambience, food and hospitality.

This location is relatively central to the main sights and can be a short Yandex ride away if you venture off too far. They had a great breakfast. The room is relatively quite big. The family is extremely nice and makes an effort to make you feel welcomed at Samarkand.

I stayed two nights and very happy with my choice. Location is excellent, the room is really clean and the A/C works great. Breakfast is very satisfying. It's a family-run place and one of the daughters speaks excellent English. They brought me a nice snack on arrival plus a bottle of water...first place I've ever stayed that gave me a giant 10-liter! So generous, thank you. The rooftop terrace was a real treat, it's right behind the Amir Temur Mausoleum, what a beautiful thing to look at. Both mornings I took coffee up there for the sunrise (they provided a tea kettle upon request).

Not their fault but there's a really bright street lamp next to the guest house, sitting on the rooftop at night would be better without it.

This is a truly extraordinary place to be. A haven that gives you peace and inspiration. It is really well situated, within easy walking distance of the Registan. The roof-terrace is pure magic with a stunning view of the Emir-Gur-Mausoleum. But the best thing, the one that tops everything I have experienced in almost 40 years of traveling, is the kindness and hospitality of the family that owns the hotel. They are not just friendly, they don’t just look after you, they really care for you! And with that they transform a visit to Samarkand to an experience of a lifetime!
