NLZA1. The quietness of the area. 2. The building structures 3. Viewing of wildlife/ wild animals 4. Friendliness of the host. 5. Access control 6. Area is refreshing, and is far from shops, and that make the guests to have more time together and more time to relax sway from busy daily chaos.
The part where the road is gravel, which is not the big deal because I think it also discourages the criminal activities.
