GBNiko and Jana and their team were very welcoming and incredibly helpful and had catered for every eventuality. We had excellent game viewings right on our doorstep.

ZAThe venue was perfect for our extended family. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hosts were warm and friendly and were willing to go the extra mile to assist us. The wild animals roam around freely so we had great views of them without having to leave the camp. We will definitely return.
We could offer a few suggestions to improve - perhaps better lighting for when you are sitting outside at night. And perhaps fans/aircons in the rooms as it was extremely hot.
AEBeautiful area, the house was clean and comfortable.
1. When there was a power outage, NONE of the staff was available for assistance. (Actually, there was only 1 Lady sometimes present). 2. The total lack of care for visitors in this situation on the Lodge is quite alarming.! 3. There was no back-up of power of any sorts. No Generator, No Solar batteries, No Candles, no Extra Battery lights - NONE. (Then apparently there was a mail send out the day before we arrived to instruct us about candles etc. - NO mail was ever received.) 4. Because of the failure of the above-mentioned issue, we had to leave two days earlier - as we had a Baby with us. 5. Then we were restricted on one road only - From the house to the gate and back. (Then we were informed that there is an additional R2000 charge for a Game Ranger vehicle to view the animals.) 6. We Paid over R12000 for these 4 days and could only utilise 2 days.

Power back up facilities not yet in place we spent 2 days with no power some of our food perishables were spoiled and had no running water. But credit to management they improvised to make alternatives

ZAZAThe accommodation was exactly what we wanted, separate rooms with bathrooms and they were very clean. The location was just perfect
ZAThe premises was clean and exceeded our expectations. We saw all the wild animals as expected. The host was very warm and kind. She made the stay worth while. I will definitely be traveling there again soon...
ZAThey have the best staff, the property is very clean, like new, wild animals roaming around freely, and great sightings without leaving the property
