Ramachi apartments

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the staff and owner, Beatrice. They went above and beyond to mitigate the stress of load shedding, ensuring a comfortable stay. The thoughtful provision of solar lights in each room and a generator, although with limited usage due to fuel costs, demonstrated their dedication to guest satisfaction. The location was ideal, the beds were comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed relaxing in the lounge, which opened up to a lovely patio area at the back. The aircon was functional when there was power. TV and Wifi were functional.Car parking is secured inside the locked gate.

However, there were a few areas that required attention. The squeaky bedroom doors were a notable nuisance, while the water circulation and pressure, particularly with regards to hot water, left much to be desired. Moreover, the bathroom was in need of renovation to bring it up to a more modern and functional standard. The price compensates for these shot falls.

The location was good

There were no side tablespoon the bedrooms, there was no iron and ironing table and no cooking facilities. We understand there was load shedding but Solar facilities that allow for TV, charging and fridges could have been installed.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Beds were really comfortable and huge. Lots of space in the apartment.

Main power was out and we assumed the generator would provide power during outages. However you can't use Aircon on the generator so during the outages it was very hot in the house. Plus it broke on our second day, and couldn't be used after that.
