Well furnished property . Host is friendly and she has made a good effort to reduce the inconvenience caused by electricity load shedding.

All the people were very nice and the appartment was very comfortable. We would defenitely come here again and recommend staying here to everyone visiting Livingstone!

The two bedroom house has a spacious living room and is good value for money

There were a few issues. 1. The shower was blocked meaning you showered in soupy water two inches deep. 2. We were not told that there would be hours each day with no electricity. A generator was turned on for a few hours in the evening but during this time the fridge and hot water could not be turned on 3. The name "Apartments" is misleading. This is an old house in the backyard of another house. The profile only shows photos of the bedrooms which doesn't show what the real conditions are like 4. When we tried to pay the evening before leaving we were told that they only accepted cash. We were not told this in advance. We only stayed two nights in Zambia and never used the local currency. We offered to pay in Rands but were told they would only accept USD. We only just had enough USD to pay for our stay 5. Ramachi Apartments are not on Google Maps so it's hard to find your way there. We had driven in from Botswana so didnt have a Zambia SIM. The pindrop of the location was about 100m from the house and the house itself has no sign or street number. We had to make an International Roaming call to locate the property.

The environment is ok for people who wish a quiet and safe environment with self services facilities etc Gas stove,Fridge,Stove and support of a genset through out.

Very friendly people! Because of load shedding there was no power beside the solar lights. Whenever we needed more power the family switched the generator on for e.g. hot shower. They were very helpful and friendly!
