Sarah ist eine ganz wunderbare Gastgeberin, und man spürt, wie gern sie Menschen empfängt. Die Sauna auf dem Balkon war ein Highlight, worauf wir uns besonders gefreut hatten.

Host, was accommodating, thoughtful and proactive in anticipating our needs and extending resources she believed would be helpful. Full kitchen area stocked with breakfast, spices and full kitchen privileges to include air fryer, microwave and induction stove. There was a sauna and soaking tub in the en-suite and laundry was free to use. Amazing and beautiful retreat.

Detta var en riktigt positiv överraskning. Längst in på vägen utanför den lilla staden låg denna dolda pärla. Jättestor tomt och ett rum som var fantastiskt, med både badkar, bastu och riktigt sköna, ställbara sängar. Gillade också utbudet på frukosten och värdens vänlighet. Önskar att vi hade kunnat stanna längre.

Fanns faktiskt inget vi inte gillade här, ett av de mest prisvärda boenden vi bott på!

Thank you so much for a delightful stay. Relaxing in a beautiful environment and it was a bonus that Teddy your 🐕 and our dog had a great time playing as well. The spa was great at the day.

This location was booked on the day during our travels. Nothing nice was available in the City of Hamilton so we moved to Tamahere (near the airport) which is just a short drive from Hamilton, especially the Hamilton Gardens (really worth a visit!). If you have a car it is perfect! It was lovely. I am so glad we came here. The host, Cathy, was super-responsive and gave us all the details ahead of time if she wasn't there - but she was. She is lovely. You are located on a large block and it is very peaceful. We had Room 2 : a first-level suite (a separate bedroom with private bathroom and large luggage room with a keyed lock). There is a small fridge in your room and access to a shared (with occupants of room 1 who we never saw) kitchen (with larger fridge), lounge, TV-room. There were self-make breakfast supplies available which we took advantage of and we could use the kitchen for dinner. Cathy's decor is beautiful, her house design is to be admired and the number of automation uses for waste bins, bathrooms, etc are amazing. Google maps will get you here - it is at the end of a long driveway.

Balcony room was spacious and so comfortable, a big bed, large bathroom and dressing area with fridge, sauna on the balcony. This is a house share property but only two rooms all upstairs with a great communal lounge and kitchen, oils, herbs for cooking and a fridge with eggs, yogurts and fruit. We made eggs on toast, there is a cafetière for coffee. Cathy was a lovely host she showed us all her fruit growing in her beautiful garden, very friendly made us feel welcome. Everything was clean and comfortable we really enjoyed our few days there. One day we drove out to Raglan which was a lovely surf seaside town with a nice vibe to it, Cambridge also nice place but not so much Hamilton.

Nothing. A Nespresso machine would be a bonus in the shared kitchen.

Self serve breakfast included everything you might want. Generous amount. Plenty of utensils and equipment.

Would have liked a bedside lamp on both sides of the bed.. Perhaps a sign at the roadside would make it easier to find.
