The property was stunning throughout. Exceptionally clean and tidy and plenty of space within the room itself! The position of the property was quiet and tranquil, giving us a beautiful sleep in the next morning! Cathy (the host) and teddy (the beautiful host pooch) gave us such a warm and friendly welcome. Sometimes I’m cautious about accommodation where you share the property with other people but Cathy made us feel welcome and secure and we didn’t even realise there were other guests there! Absolutely wonderful stay, would highly recommend!

Very well appointed with spacious rooms and all the amenities. The host is quite attentive to your well being.

We’ve stayed here before and would stay again. Cathy is very helpful and friendly and so is Teddy (her dog) and Cathy’s elderly mum 😁 So clean, comfortable and it has everything you need. Breakfast is a bonus, you can cook yourself some eggs & toast and make tea or coffee or enjoy cereal, fruit and yoghurt or all of the above. This property is set on acreage and is spacious and really quiet BUT still close to a supermarket , pub, bakery, pharmacy and much more and only 10min drive to the Hamilton airport.

Clean, tidy, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, nice garden, dog to play with.

It was a little complicated to get into the property, but communication was always good.
