The only plus to this accommodation was the location but the facility was horrendous

Where do I even begin. The rooms are not what is given in the description, mine said it had a shower and bath, only to find that out of the 19 rooms they have, only 2 have baths and they were family rooms when I had booked a double room. The towels were hard and torn. Mirrors peeling off Breakfast was a nightmare - on the first day, breakfast was late whilst on the second day there was no breakfast because the facility ran out of gas. The hot water ran in short supply with many of us as guests unable to shower in the morning. When trying to wash in the evening, it was hard to regulate the water. The place was the only one with so called loadshedding which one can only assume to be a power fault with no backup whilst all other residences had lights around the neighborhood.

obviously breakfast it was very nice, and their staff who managed to work under a lot pressure as the property was packed due to the event the province was hosting which is the African Transformation Movement national Rally so it was full.

The breakfast was better than I expected and the staff was friendly, They accommodated us early in the morning because we had to leave before 7h00.

The contact nr that was send to me was wrong so I had to email them to get the right nr.This place needs lots of TLC. The location is perfect but the building and facilities needs lots of maintenance - it HAS LOTS OF POTENCIAL. They need new bedding and curtains
