ZAZAZAZAThe breakfast was really nice. The guy at the reception was also very friendly and helpful.
The plug was not working when we got there we couldn't watch TV. They called the maintenance guys to come but we just fixed the plug ourselves. Not family friendly at all this is my second time there and both times there was bunch of drunk people making alot of noise. The group of ladies came in morning hours no respect making a lot of noise and also there was a party and the people made a lot of noise. We also waited 20+ min at the gate when we came from town at night for them to open the gate. No toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived and one towel for a group of 6 people. It's like they didn't even prepare the room for our stay.

ZAZAThe one staff member Jwalane was quite helpful. There were some things that went wrong and She was available to assist. The breakfast was great.
The place is severely understaffed. There is one person who deals with almost everything making the service a little slow. The place itself is not up to code in terms of plumbing, wifi and electricity.
