Menesse Apartments

Everything was nice, big room, good location, much more elegant then I expected

The water was going outside in the bathroom when you take a shower, even if the doors of the cabine were good closed.

Really nice and clean building, great amenities, very quick to respond to any requests that came up, the neighbourhood was very safe and conveniently located. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay in Menesse, everything was perfect and spotless. The staff were very nice and helped us get a parking place. You have to ask them for availability everytime. They were also responsive when we needed anything. We loved how you have all the basic utensils in the room to cook and Chedraui is just on the other side of the road. It's a little walk to downtown and a little away from the beach, but we had a car.

Lovely apartment and perfect location near a massive supermarket, downtown bars and the main road down to the beach.

It was modern & comfortable and the location was ok; the kitchen was well equipped and filtered water was useful.

Balcony door wouldn’t lock when we arrived. We contacted the host and they fixed it that day but we wasted our first evening in Tulum waiting for it to be done. There was some construction directly below the apartment, though we were lucky that it seemed to stop on Saturday and Sunday. Some party noise from other guests in the building late at night/ early in the morning

Very nice and spacious apartment with a couch for extra comfort and even a kitchen with plates and pans and different tools to make sure you could eat good if you wanted to eat in. It was a great place to relax and reset and also was close to everything. Really enjoyed my stay and liked how clean it was.
