Tulum

Perfect location and recent building. Close to downtown Tulum and yet super quiet, as the apartment’s balcony faces a small alley. A supermarket is just nearby. The Wi-Fi is fast, the bed and linens are comfortable, and the shower pressure is excellent. The residence is very quiet and safe, and the rooftop pool is perfect. Luis at the reception is fantastic, and the landlord is excellent at communication.

It is very big, pretty, close to supermarket, bars and bike rentals. Also you can use the facilities with no problem

The apartment was spacious. I appreciate there was a big bottle of water. The neighborhood was quiet and there's a big supermarket across the street. The bed was very comfortable, including good quality linens and pillows. Overall the quality of the apartment was a good match for the price. The AC unit was quiet. The internet speed of was good, which is rare in Tulum.

The door lock was not working correctly. I had to call the receptionist to get inside. He also struggled a little to open the door but managed to open it for me after a few tries. I'm afraid I would not be able to enter the apartment again on my own without calling for help. I took away 2 points from the review because of this. Perhaps other rooms don't have the same issue. It's very frustrating when you're tired and sweaty after travel and cannot get inside. This was the only downside.

This Apartment was, without a doubt, a 10/10. It really fit our part of the Mexico Vacation to have an apartment like this to be able to make breakfast and diner for us here. Everything was pretty brand new, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone. For some relaxing after the Maya ruins in Tulum, we used the pool. The staff was really helpful and nice all the time.

It would be cool to have some bikes available, like other apartments, for getting around. We did not ask for this and therefore, just a tiny recommendation for the future.
