The location was lovely and very unexpected because it is actually so close to everything.

A screen for the shower and toilet. An open plan bedroom bathroom is definitely not for everyone.

The place is in a beautiful neighborhood and has stunning views.

The sharing of bathrooms especially when you are travelling solo as a female is unsafe. The bathroom is located outside the room of your stay. Going outside in the middle of the night in a shared property can be unsafe as a solo female traveler.
