Quick response whenever we needed something

The property didn’t let me in I sent a message clearly stating that I will be doing a late check in and yet no one responded upon my arrival at 21:00 Called multiple numbers that were listed on the website and on bookings but no one answered. Still waiting for the refund and nothings been processed

Clean and good value for my money Warm welcome and being updated about the electricity issue which resolved sooner. And there was a back up generator

The fact that the toilet is not separated from the room, no bathroom door or window for ventilation.
