Furniture is old and damaged and not clean in the living room

Absolutely love how spacious it is. Perfect for a big family

We had such a bad experience with the Host. She made us feel very unwelcome.

Spacious and clean, we had a wonderful time

Very comfortable and beautiful. Everything we needed were at the facility.

1. The house was lovely in terms of what we needed. The indoor braai by the kitchen and lounge is so welcoming and allowed for great family time will cooking/braaiing. 2.The kids really enjoyed the tennis table and the rooms were perfect for us

1. I was given the wrong information for the property manager and once I received the correct info - had to wait another 30 minutes for someone to drop off the keys 2. This person handed over the keys but gave very little additional information on the house or how anything works. Communication was very poor 3. I don't believe that the house was prepared for our stay. The bedding was clean and the towels were folded nicely on the beds but the house was dirty. The floors desperately needed cleaning, there were no bath/shower mats out, the glass of the staircase was very dirty, there was not even a sponge or a cloth in the kitchen. Only once I complained and the cleaners came on the Monday were we provided with bath mats and hand towel etc, just confirming that it was not done beforehand. 4. The house was leaking in 3 places (kitchen/staircase/exterior wall above the one couch). I provided photos to the host agent and the property manager took note of it when they came to clean on the Monday but we spent the day ringing out towels and mopping the floor so that we didn't slip and fall. The property manager said that this was something new after renovations were done but you could see on the previous dried water lines on the couch and the carpet.
