Beautiful Guesthouse with great views, comfy beds and a really delicious breakfast. Parking available along the street in front of the house.

Beautiful hotel! Amazing views and super nice staff! Breakfast was great and there’s parking opposite the hotel.

Nothing! But better pillows would make it more comfortable.

Breakfast was top quality. Location was very scenic, rooms were very comfortable and well serviced.

A few leaflets on the reception desk were outdated and not helpful (minor problem)

The breakfast was lovely. We were served and treated so well. Best breakfast in Madeira. The pool was lovely. The balcony view was beautiful. The hotel was cool & stylish

We couldn’t get drinking water in the evening as the fridge had run out. Would have been nice if the room had a fridge.

- great view from the window - good breakfast for 8.5€ (even though I strongly believe if you are charging 90€ a night you should probably charge a bit more and just include breakfast for everyone…) - parking available on the street - nice looking pool - breakfast staff kind and pleasant

- I had some strange messages with the owner. He wrote in German (perhaps most people staying here are German?) not Portuguese or English about breakfast and check in times, when I asked about parking he wrote “as I said before”… he did not say before where to park so this tone was rather jarring for me. - in addition there is no one there for check in or to show you to the room so I didn’t find the AC remote for like 5 minutes in the middle of the night, with no one to ask as there was no one at reception. - minor changes for breakfast: butter should be at room temp, staff should mentioned that you can get more of anything because one slice of ham was weird… it was also strange that the hotel slightly pressured me to pay by cash instead of card so I received about 20 coins in change which I didn’t appreciate. - lots and lots of ants in the room. I had fruit in my room, but this is usually *never* a problem elsewhere.

The view was excellent. Communication fantastic Easy instructions

It’s a little noisy as the room was opposite the bar. So maybe having some ear plugs in the room would have been good
