"No Warm Water / ignored by the guesthouse by switching the phone off / no light in room MEESS!!!!!!"

The location of the Guesthouse is really nice. i took this place because i saw that Peter is German. I tought it would be great bdcause of the time that i spend in Luxembourg and all my german friends.

Mr Peter only did the Check in with us and i didn't see him anymore for the hole reservation.... We had no warm water in the bathroom, no light also in the room. Mister Peter was already informed by other guests that the holly guesthouse had a problem with the warm water and he didn't informed us. We tried to call him many times an he SHUT THE PHONE OFF. How can you have a Guesthouse open with guests WITHOUT warm water ? No One who worked in the guesthouse was there for us. We left the house on the other morning really Angry to take our plane back to Porto WOTHOUT A SHOWER, WITHOUT ANY INFORMATIONS.. I have so many German friends who i could recommend it but no sorry. the most terrible was to switch the phone off and no giving answers to the guests. After our departure already in Porto i received a message from the Manager with the apologize but the mess war ready done and i paid for a poor really poor service. it was the first and the last time, and believe it i was exicted to go to the GERMAN LOCATION ...

"Good room with beautiful views, but cold water"

"Never been that disappointed before"

The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and nice-looking.

I booked the room because of the view and the pool but I got neither. Therefor I asked if I by any chance could have a refund. Then the owner got angry and rude at me. Anyway, I got a 5€ discount at my breakfast (breakfastpeice is 8.5 in total). More details: When I arrived I was told that there were no water in the pool. In the morning I tried to get the blind up, but it did not work. I told the owner but he didn’t do something about it until I had finished breakfast - so he was in my room the whole morning. More over: The TV was not installed, and for that price I hade excepted some shampoo or body wash in the shower.
