The location was beautiful and peaceful. The house was extremely well appointed and had all the comforts we could imagine. We used it to set off for a number of adventures but couldn't wait to get back.

Honestly, the ONLY think we thought of was a washer and dryer in the house. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Very clean. Everything seemed brand new. Nice location in the woods.

We rented the Mitre, the cabin which would be ideal for 2 persons. It is not. It is super small. The bedroom is ok, it fits a 2 person bed but nothing else. No space to leave a suitcase. The kitchen/living room also has no space to leave a suitcase. The living room has a foldable, super small table which is really impractical. The kitchen has 1 cooking pot and 2 pans. The pans are however so small you need 2 to cook meat for 2 people. To save the worst for last: the bathroom. It is the size of a large restroom. It fits a nice shower of good size. It also contains a toilet. There is a super tiny sink. There is no space to put your toothpaste or a glass of water. We had to brush our teeth in the kitchen. I really cannot recommend this place.I would never ever rent a cabin there again.

EVERYTHING!!! The beds were very comfortable! Everything you need for the shower, super clean and the windows were gorgeous. Would love to stay again if make it back to this area!

Everything about this place to first class! Everything was clean, plenty of room and beautifully situated in the woods! I would have staying here our entire trip if we time would have allowed

That was perfect accomodation. I can't image better place to stay.

Beautiful, clean, quiet, and comfortable cabin with many of the conveniences of home. The host(s) were kind and very responsive when I had questions. The views were magnificent while at the cabin as well as on the way to/from the cabin. We saw a moose cross the road about a mile down the road (picture of the moose after it crossed included) right before reaching the cabin. The location was perfect for exploring south central Alaska and just far enough away from the airport that it isn't a busy area but also an easy commute. It is a short drive to Eklutna Lake and trails, which are amazing. Another surprising convenience was a small store less than 5 minutes down the road from the cabin, which offers essential items as well as snacks, excellent coffee, and ice cream.

Everything! Literally! Gorgeous setting, amazing staff! There was even coffee creamer! They truly put a lot of thought into every little thing!

Well located in the forest as we expected. Staff great.

The cabin was very small and not comfortable for sitting. Could have been designed better and made slightly bigger to make it a really pleasent stay. The fold down table was an over complication and very uncomfortable to use. The washbasin was too small to cope with every day use and the water splashed everywhere. We disliked the log splitting area just outside our cabin it looked very untidy. The concept is great but it needs more thought.
