KEMy flight was delayed so I checked in a bit later than planned. There were no kettles in the rooms. So I explained my situation to the receptionist on the front desk if it was possible for me to have a cup of tea. It was a resounding no, "The Kitchen is closed. Now the fact that most of the staff live there it would not be remiss somewhat for an accommodation to be made to offer some assistance. The reception team as a whole could benefit from customer experience training as ever request I made no matter how minor was a no or laxidaisy at best. I must give a shout-out to the Handyman (W), the cleaning team and the security personnel. They all provided exemplary service and dedication. Not just to me but other guests.
