El alojamiento bueno haciendo referencia calidad - precio, las habitaciones cómodas con aire acondicionado, el personal de recepción muy amable, la ubicación excelente

Lo que no me gustó es que no le hacen aseo a las habitaciones todos los días durante la estadía allá

El recepcionista de la noche un hombre, no sabe tratar a una persona como yo. Espere hasta 8pm para que el me mostrará el uso del control remoto de la tv. No, el no tiene educación. Me arrebato de mis manos el control de mano de la tv. Estaba frustrado pues yo no le entendía lo que me decía. Yo le dije que no soy un niño para que me trate de esta manera. Me queje del mal olor que sale de la cañería y el color del agua era un poco turbio.El me dijo que como ya había pagado 3 días de estadía no podía recibir devolución de mi dinero. Debo enfatizar que por 3 días no me bañe y no use el inodoro por el mal olor que salia de las cañerías. Por favor enseñen a este individuo a tratar mejor a un cliente. Gracias

Not far from city center and good price as for 3 stars hotel. Some staff were friendly and helpful. They do not ask for advanced payment if you come after 6 pm.

This would be a long list what I did not like. Let's start from the beginning. When I came to the hotel I immediately informed, that I would need an invoice after checkout. And then I was said, that if I want an invoice, I should pay 16% extra. I did not want to spend time for arguing and calling Booking as it was about 3 AM and I was tired after 3 flights. Hotel itself was not 3 stars actually. I can't understand how come it has been evaluated so high on Booking. Everything is worn off and broken - towels, shower, electricity sockets, etc. Finally they were not able to issue an invoice for me before my checkout. They promised to send it in two days. But there was no invoice then either. Just one day later I finally got it after messaging again and again.
