Nice staff, easy checkin, clean place

The customer service was solid. The staff at the lobby were kind and attentive, always ready to assist. I appreciated their willingness to store my luggage for free after I checked out, which was very convenient. The room was clean and tidy. It was clear that the housekeeping team does a good job.

The area did not feel safe, and the lobby has a gate that remains locked even during the day, which is often a sign of a less secure neighborhood in Mexico. The hotel itself could use some improvements. The furniture and the building appeared rundown, and I noticed some humidity stains on the walls. I would have thought this is expected because of how cheap it was; however, I found another option for just $5 USD more that was nicer and located in a better area.

Room had mold in bathroom and smelled like piss. Tried to cancel after I seen the room . For the rest of the week and the reception lady did not allow it even though it said on the app I had till 6 to cancel. I stayed one night and rented an apartment for the rest of the week. Noisy area

Everything was fine. Clean, quiet, comfortable.

No free drinking water available to guests.

Great location close to all the sites you'll want to see in central Guadalajara. Also close to many restaurants and shopping.

The kitchen could have used some newer pots and pans for cooking.
