Clean, well maintained facilities. 24-hour reception & security helped make me feel safe leaving or arriving at any time.

Clean, well maintained facilities but let's be honest: this is a hotel so cleanliness and hot water in the bathroom should be a given, not a luxury. This hotel overpromises its services: coffee is not included, breakfast downstairs costs extra, you only get one clean towel, and you must buy your own drinking water (there is no "garrafón" available to fill up a cup). Also, if you book over Booking.com you will be charged an extra 150-200mxn during check-in (I don't think that's even allowed) and you cannot dispute the up-charge. All these small details made me feel cheated from my stay.
