Deposit and too many rules

Quite place, very clean.

Every touch point,from interacting with the owner ,the helper,the modern and clean house was excellent . There was even a ‘starter’ pack.

We stayed for 3 nights. Property was exactly as shown in the pictures in a quiet cul-de-sac. Shops are close by. The lake is literally outside the back fence with manicured lawns and birdlife. The house had everything we needed and more. The estate is safe, peaceful and people are friendly. Guards are well trained with good knowledge of the area. Great communication with Antonette who responded quickly to any queries we had. Self checkin was seamless as all necessary information was provided.

There are many forms you need to fill in / read and strict rules you need to comply with a R5000 deposit at risk which can feel overwhelming. However, the rules are there to ensure you know what is expected of you to protect the property and neighbors. This also protects you from being bothered by unruly residents and guests as the rules apply to everyone. As long as you are not there to have loud parties and you are respectful of your neighbours and the property you will have no problem.
