The kitchen needed to be a bit better. Better equipment, less flies.

Facilities were good. The pool was amazing for the kids. Very nice location.

No mosquito nets to keep the mosquitos out which meant we could not open a window which would have been nice in the heat.

When we arrived, they wouldn’t let us in until check-in, we were happy to wait on the grass, but they wouldn’t open the gate. Rooms were clean, but the communal kitchen was not.

Aircon didn't seem to be working 100%, tap in communal kitchen didn't seem to be working.

The only positive thing was the bedding linen was clean to sleep on.

On arrival the gate code, intercom and cell phone number was not working we were waiting for 1 hour in 37 degree and other people on the side had to manually open the gate. Nobody was available at reception and after another half hour we receive the key to the room. The room did not have an air conditioner as advertised only a fan and no water to shower, the swimming pool was green and smell like sewerage waste water which we could not use due to health issues. Base on the above other people also complain about the same things and we left very early just to get out of the room No wifi as advertised also. This was one of the worst places we as old people had to endure and i felt we need to be compensate with a refund of our money as this was false advertising on the site Chris

Airconditioning in main room.

No TV, no Wifi, no water to shower, no toiletpaper. Not one dustbin in the unit. Breakfast was not included as stated. No shaded parking.

Beautiful little spot, super comfy and clean rooms. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, all facilities we needed were available to us for a braai and dining.
