Chelsea Apartments

The security in the building is amazing, very helpful, and friendly. The building and facilities are lovely.

Apartment 105 had a foul smell immediately upon entry. The bedroom was mouldy, with a mattress that had two large craters and stained sheets. The bathroom walls were also mouldy. The entire apartment felt dark, dingy, and nothing like the pictures shown in the booking. One of the neighbours frequently smokes marijuana, and the smell easily fills the apartment, making it very unpleasant. Additionally, one of the fans in the lounge was missing all its blades, which made the place feel poorly maintained. Overall, the apartment felt dirty, uncomfortable, and far below standard — especially for the price. I would not recommend staying here.

O apartamento está numa localização execelente em Greenpoint, bem próximo a restaurantes, farmácia, supermercado, loja de vinhos e do V&A. É espaçoso, confortável, possui uma cozinha super bem equipada e vaga em garagem coberta. Possui armários para quem gosta de arrumar as coisas em estadias mais longas, secador de cabelo, espelho de corpo inteiro. Recomedaria e voltaria a me hospedar nele!

Como ele fica no 1º andar, não se tem muita privacidade, mas não atrapalhou a nossa estadia. O que eu sugeriria de melhoria é a troca do "box" do banheiro da suíte porque molha bastante o piso durante o banho e disponibilidade de comodidades como sabonete, ao menos uma garrafa de água para chegada dos hóspedes, pano de chão e toalha de rosto que tabém não havia. O outro ponto a destacar é que no anúcio ele diz ter ar condicionado, porém é apenas na sala. Nos quartos não há. Para nós não atrapalhou porque estava frio, mas fica de registro.

Nous avons pu faire toutes les visites à pied depuis l'appartement qui est très bien situé (waterfront, centre ville, signal hill). La proximité du centre et des commerces est très appréciables au quotidien. Les gardiens sont bienveillants et à l'écoute.

The host did not give me late checkout, I had to book another place since my flight was late and had to leave early.

The location & interaction with Propr was amazing.

The apartment is run down and was not clean, also has a very strange smell. The mattress is also terrible, there is a huge indent on the one side. The apartment did not look anything like the pictures. Was very disappointed as a whole.

This property is exceptionally located, close to the V&A and many other restaurants and amenities. The property is clean and well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only small complaint I have is that there was a neighbour smoking marijuana and our unit smelt of it most of the time we spent there.
