"Not even a Horror Movie can prepare you for this apartment"

This was a terrible experience from arrival. Thisnisnthe worst accommodation experience I have ever had, my entire birthday celebration was spoiled after travel very far for the occasion

The apparent was uninhabitable dirty. It looked like something that should be demolished. It smelt like stale urine and sweat. Thw carpets was black and brown from dirt and filth where it should be light grey and blue as was seen under the bed. The smell was un forgettable. Old food fromnthe previous tenants was dried into the counter tops. There was heaps of filth in every corner. The toilet waa broken an. No toilet paper in the entire apartment. The couch was full of stains and burn marks everywhere, the patio I don't think was cleaned in its entire live. Allnthe interiour walls had mould on it, we we completely congested, coughed and sneezing after the 7 hours we spent in there. The apartment is uninhabitable completely. Booking.com did not do a single thing about this, i called them immediately after checking in, they promised to get us alternative accommodation, it has now been 4 days after the call they have not even replied to any messages or emails let alone even attempting to get us different accommodation. The property manager has till today not even replied to anything. We traveled very far for my birthday celebration booking a 4 day stay, we had to pay dor different accommodation ourself.

The WiFi only worked in one part of the apartment. The TV was compatible to watch streaming sites.
