"Good location, friendly staff, but make sure everything operates when you check in."

We very much appreciated the help provided on our arrival in Cape Town. The friendliness and “can we help” attitude was excellent. We have also enjoyed our visit to your city and the location of 501 Chelsea was perfect for our needs.

However, we were disappointed with the unit. And provide the following for you to consider: · Air Conditioning – This did not work during our stay. · Fans – The apartment included 3 fans, however only one was operational. · TV/ Cable – While the TV was operational there was no cable service or other ways to enjoy the TV · Emergency Lighting – Only 1 of the 2 emergency lights was operational. · Bathroom supplies - insufficient · Laundry – we specifically selected this facility because of the possibility to do laundry, it was disappointing to learn there was no dryer!

"I will never recommend this place to anyone, its worse and dirty. Nothing like in the internet!!!"

Nothing, it was my worst experience ever.

The owner was so rude and i waited for 3 hours to be given key, they are not professional and the apartment was dirty and had a foul smell. The linen was dirty and had blood stains. I would NEVER recommend anyone to book this apartment number 105, they are so rude and unprofessional. They also refuses to you to have guests, they will treat you like a high school child. Its not a proper hotel or self catering ideal, its nonsensical.

The agency did not process my onboarding and access to the property timeously with the trustees and therefore there was many back and forths in terms of getting the forms submitted again and the trustees providing me with access to the property. There was an indication given that PropertyR drop the ball time and time again when it comes to effectively and efficiently processing the guests forms for access despite guests submitting this information timeously to the property agent. That was the only negative aspect of the entire process and experience.
