Kristinas Homestay

Check-in was chaotic, sketchy and left us waiting 45 minutes while the person of contact told us she no longer managed the premises because she sold and, but her contact info was still attached to booking.com. She was trying to contact the new owner via Facebook. In the mean time we got a message via booking.com that the previous tenant used all towels and they had no fresh towels for us, and that we could cancel the booking (while we were waiting in the lobby) and she would refund the money. This honostly felt like a scam at this point. Finally getting into the room we were hit with the strong stench of bleach. We tried to ventilate the room, but could not get it out, leaving us to sleep in the bleach stench. We booked this property due to the availability of a pool and gym, neither of which were available to us during our stay. When we contacted the owner about this fact we received the reaction that it is not her fault and that we would have to take it up with the building’s administration. The only toilet paper in the room was an empty roll with tiny patches of picked off paper on it. The shower door was missing, and replaced with a flimsy curtain that easily falls off when touched. The towel rack is loosely hanging on the wall due to 2 loose screws. The available towels were dirty, smeared with brown stains, and damaged. The bed is missing an entire section of it’s undercarriage at the foot-end, making it incredible unstable, uncomfortable and without a doubt the worst bed I have ever lain in. We confronted the staff about these problems and requested a partial refund, which would have been the least they could do, to which they sent their help to our room with 2 towels and a heated discussion. She would not let us finish talking and all we got was excuse after excuse how it was not their fault and that they could not issue a refund. Worst experience via booking.com ever

It was clean and what I like the most was it has a complete kitchen stuff. And downstairs you have 7/11, dominos, and cafes. It was also near malls.

I love everything in here!!! I had everything I needed. Host Kristine and staffs was so responsive and accomodating.. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and spacious. The AC and WiFi works so fine, the kitchen is openly available. It has a nice view from the window and it has great outdoor pool I enjoyed. I will come back here again. spacious room, accesible location

The room is near the pool (just 1 floor below) and is located on the corner.

1. Wifi isn't working. Staff said she will check with the owner and will come back, but no response/resolution was provided. Good thing Globe phone data is fine. 2. Dirty Bathroom and shower is not working properly. 3. Dim Lights 4. Incomplete Kitchenwares and tools 5. The kitchen range hood is far from the induction cooker so we have to open the windows while cooking and a lot more. The unit is kinda expensive and didn't meet our expectations at all. Better renovate the unit before have it rented, please.

the size of the apartment..

on the pictures show a sofa that is not there anymore,, extrange they don't tell you even when you book it, you don't watch movies sitting in a uncomfortable chair... the internet wasn't working either.. not toilet roll not shampoo, not soap.........
