"I Didn't Stay Here. Booking.com lied and recorded my stay as a 'no-show'."

Nothing. Location has no signs, looks like a ghetto gambling joint / U-haul rental office? Didn't do my due diligence on the place before booking, so that's on me. Sounds like they've pulled the same scammy behavior on multiple customers in the last couple of months.

UPDATED JUNE 17th 2026. Front office left me a very unprofessional voicemail at 11am day of stay informing me that they had overbooked and they did not have a room available for us. Front office was unreachable when we arrived to check in. UPDATE: Review response changed from including an OYO escalations email address to an apology from Stay (no email about it, I only saw because I had to re-open a ticket and included this link). At this time, June 17th 2026, PayPal is refusing to honor the chargeback dispute because booking.com provided "evidence" that I was a no-show, so they're not liable. Completely false and dishonest. I am now threatening legal action against booking.com.

I booked days in advance and even called and confirmed the booking. When I arrived, they told me there was no rooms, leaving my reservation high and dry and then a day later, they STILL tried to charge my card on file for the stay. Absolute slum hotel.

"The worst experience I've ever had."

Broken Toilet seat, no toilet paper, no towels and damage to kitchen drawers. I've got pictures. I'm trying to check out in the morning and no one in the office, 😕.
