Wrigleyville Suites

I did not realize it when I booked it that it was a shared unit. The property was nice but would never have booked it knowing that I was sharing a bathroom and 1 TV with two other rooms of people. It is a great location if you are going to Wrigley There are no TVs in the bedroom and you have to share the bathroom. The beds are not very comfortable.

NOTHING AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I would absolutely avoid booking this at all costs. After you book you will find out what you actually booked isn’t what you get. I booked 3 rooms and the listing said we had the entire place. Not only did we not they didn’t even put us on the same level when 3 rooms “one apartment” were booked that specifically had children marked as the guests. Nope in a shared house not 3 bedroom apartment as advertised. After several emails back and forth to try and get the room situation figured out and clarification (with screenshots of the actual booking and what I booked because he told me I booked 2 when it was actually 3 so they didn’t even have it correct from the get go) the communication from them stopped. After no response back from the property with the screenshot showing them I had booked the entire place I contacted booking to cancel. Booking.com emailed the property owner and advised me to also email him requesting cancellation due to the issues and they fully understood and believed that it should be canceled with a full refund. He then conveniently emailed me 2 minutes later to tell me we could “upgrade” the room to the same floor for an additional fee and then immediately after that another email came that they would cancel my room but no refund sorry for your situation. The misrepresentation of the actual property and when it shows that you are getting the entire place when you are not is sneaky and disgusting. Also heads up will be required to VENMO or ZELLE a deposit to get the code. Not put a card on hold for a certain amount basically sending cash for the deposit. There is so many shady things going on with this property management.

VERY clean and organized. Home away from home vibe

We stayed here for 2 nights (on non Cub game days). The location is the best part about this spot. We stayed in the bunk room. The pros: beds were comfortable, room and shared bathroom was clean, enough space for 2 people for a short stay. Amazing location. We would recommend that a garbage can is added to the room as well as wash clothes. Also the door to our room squeaks and needs some WD40. The AC in our room didn’t work so we bought a fan and opened the window. I communicated this with the host and didn’t get a response back. Would recommend for a short stay.
