They do not specify a security deposit is needed before booking with them. Also, they said after 48 hours you’d get your security deposit back. It’s been a week and a half and I have not received my security deposit.

Cleanliness and location

I never got my $200 deposit back sent multiple texts, called phone number, spoke with someone who basically laughed at me and said we will send you the money back still no money, this is very disheartening thinking about getting lawyer

The overall stay was nice, very close to wrigley field and food and bars. The communication however was not great at all. From checking in to multiple messages sent with no reply. And I am still waiting on my security deposit refund more than 48 hours later. So if you want a place that’s close to everything and you can minimize conversation it’ll be great for you. However if you want to be refunded back your $200 after checking out or have any questions that need to be answered expeditiously don’t bother.

Very good place at a very good price! Communication is the only need for improvement in my opinion.

U need to pay for 200 usd deposit to get door code and bed textile was used when we arrived we used ours

I liked the location of the property

First off once I checked in our parking permit was no where to be found and once I got a hold of the owner it took hours for them to release they had put in the wrong unit and it was a whole thing to get the door key so I can get my permit and once I get I go out to put it on the car and I done had a parking ticket and not to mention there was a bunch of used paper towels in one of the drawers in the kitchen and there was a $500 security deposit you have to send them via Cashapp to get the door code on top of $1000 we already paid and we have yet to get my deposit back after a week

Very nice kitchen and dining area. Easy access to everything in Wrigleyville.

My bedroom had no heat so it was pretty chilly. Just a note. Bathtub didn’t drain very well. Might want to look at that. I would also recommend clear instructions on how to handle the $200 extra deposit. Wasn’t clear clear what that process was.
