Adriatic Dream - Sea View Apartments

It was a clean, wide enough room to stay. People were lovely

but the customer management & assistance was a bit poor. We arrived there around 8 pm, they said they will leave the keys to the reception for us yet they haven’t. Although we managed to reach out to them and got the keys without loosing too mcuh time, this should not have been the case at all.

Central location

The apartment is located inside Hotel Wow.. Be prepared that if you face any trouble, the hotel won’t help you with anything nor will the property managers when you send them a message. There is no sea views like promised. The bed sheets and towels were dirty. Parking is a nightmare. This stay was so disappointing, we left earlier than we were supposed to.

The apartment is new and creates a very pleasant atmosphere for the stay. The location is absolutely fantastic – close to the sea and the city center.

However, a major downside is that it is situated next to a large and busy road where there is noise and honking until the early hours of the morning. Without earplugs, it is difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the lady at the reception did not speak English, but we managed to communicate using a translator app on our phones.

The location of the house is excellent. Clean, comfortable, safe and quiet.

Relying on the photos on the booking, we went with a view in front, but now there is a large construction in front of the house and half of the view is not visible. I think this construction has been for a long time. Booking photos should be updated. If we had seen it, we wouldn’t have come for the scenery.

The whole area is under construction. The hotel had no longer a direct sea view (a big 15 stories under construction hotel blocks it). I asked for toiletries, but i was refused. There are two TVs and only one remote control. When you switch on one the same happens with the second one.
