Great location near stores, restaurants, beach, and old town. Modern, comfortably furnished, well equipped, with a great view of the old town from the balcony.

The property had a washing machine which was helpful (as we’d come here after being somewhere else). The bed was also really big and comfortable.

The curtains in the bedroom were broken and we had to peg them up each night to keep the light out in the morning. The TV also didn’t work. The property was very hard to find, even local businesses didn’t know how to find it. They also take your passports to an office 5/10 minutes down the road to scan it - it seemed it would make more sense to have a scanner in the office on site.

Location is great, 5-minute walk to the beach, 15-minute walk to the Old City. Apartments are fine inside. Nice views from the window, though partially ruined by a newly constructed building.

Unfortunately you have to communicate with their staff, mostly non-Montenegrian citizens coming from Russia with "best practices" of their homecountry, negligent and unable to understand what "responsibility" means. In every case of their mistake, they blame someone else (including you). I bet they would reply to this review saying the mistakes listed below were not theirs (as if it makes them less responsible). Most striking examples (there are more). 1) They have to register your stay with paying a tourist tax. Sadly they have no idea how the migration law works in non-standard cases (e.g. you take a short tour to another country during the stay at their place). When it turns out you can't prolongate your registration legally (as they had promised before, failing to prolongate it right after the tour), you are nearly forced either to leave the country in a hurry or to violate the law. Hint: they are afraid of lawyers and start fixing issues after you promise to come back with a lawyer. 2) Their offer includes cleaning once a week. After fixing the exact time (as it seems to you), you and your wife get woken up naked in your bedroom by a cleaning lady (they are too busy to read your forwarded messages stating the time your apartment would be free). Even more surprising, no one sees intruding bedrooms as an extraordinary event, they just wonder why you got so worried. Since it's the first case in Montenegro for me after several stays in different places, I doubt it's just a funny local tradition. 3) An elevator threatens you! Floor 10 button got broken in one of their 2 elevators, but instead of fixing it, they forbid every guest pressing the button and post threats to disable the elevator otherwise. (Sounds incredible, thus a photo attached as proof.) Good news: there are plenty of nice places in Budva, even nearby, with the owners who care.

The staff forgot to make the extra bed, and we had to do it ourselves. The towels could be replaced by new ones.

Fish and other restaurants smell coming outside, fridge and kitchen sink smelling bad, noise from heater in the bathroom, the people in the agency that have contacted with us were so rude.
