The place is located in a safe environment. There's Aircon in the room, though we couldn't find the remote control to operate it

Though I had indicated the number and the ages of children when I made the booking, I was made to pay an extra R150. This felt like extortion. The pity of it all is that, money was already debited from my account. So, I felt compelled to use their services though I was not happy. The room was also not clean. Though the toilet door has an opening on the top and at the bottom, there wasn't even a bathroom spray.

I liked the poor service alot, till now no refund or any feedback, it's over 3 weeks now....Bad for Booking.com

I'm really sorry to say this but I'm very disappointed with the service I received from Seafort, I was called by the Host to notify me that my booking is canceled on the day I'm checking in and at the last hour @ 18:21. I requested a refund but up to now no refund but only geed back that they are working on it, really disappointed in the service. THIS SHOULD NOT BE A HOST ON BOOKING.COM, THESE TYPE OF HOST ARE MAKING BOOKING.COM NAME GO DOWN THE DRAIN. Booking.com should really make sure that this type of service levels are not reached due to incompetent Hosts.

When we got there the cleaner brought us the keys and didn't advise which room we were in, the bathroom's ceiling was covered in mould, the fan was rusted, the light fixtures in the bathroom was rusted, when we climbed into the bed the first night we noticed the bedding was torn, the cupboard was full of cobwebs. On the first morning they phoned us to ask if we checked out and we were booked in for 2 nights then the lady said that she needs to check the booking. Upon checking out we had to give the keys to the cleaner.

Location was good, a short walk to the beach.

The Bed was a bit uncomfortable an the room only really sleeps three although we booked for 4.

We arrived in the evening, the property was very neat & clean. Friendly lady who assisted us on our arrival. We left the early hours of the following day. My kids enjoyed the overnight stay

The room could use more light, lace curtains perhaps, so that a person can easily keep curtains open, something can also be done about the floor carpet, it has some smell lime it's wet. Otherwise it was alright
