I liked the location.

Nothing

The outside was nice and neat. Beautiful gardens

The shower taps where very hard and leaked couldn't close them. Had to listen to the dripping the entire night. Beds where uncomfortable. Toilet is too close to the sink,no space for an average guy. Abit dirty and untidy. Freezer shelf was broken.

Having to hear the neighbouring unit conversations but for the price it was acceptable

Location was fair, price was also not bad but that’s reason for mediocre hospitality.

There was no human touch to their hospitality, yhey hardly check in with a guest. Amenities such as soap aren't replenished, in fact, for a 3 night stay there should be enough amenities not to replenish.

The was no noise just the sound of birds and trees.

I was disappointed with my recent stay . Upon arrival, I felt it hadn't been prepared adequately. There were spider webs on my veranda and dust in the tea holder container. The shower area also needed attention. The cleaning staff were helpful, though - the lady kindly lent me a mop, which was appreciated since the next day was a holiday. The TV was problematic, and the door had to be locked to close properly. Unfortunately, my experience was below expectations, especially since I'd booked a standard chalet. The basic amenities were lacking, with dust on the desk shelf. Given my previous stay was better, I won't be booking this place ever again. I gave it a second chance, but it wasn't nice at all. Never again.
